Access to your BulkWhatsApp dashboard, API keys and WhatsApp Business API number is provisioned digitally. Most accounts are activated within 24–72 hours of successful business verification, and you will receive login details by email.
Official API Onboarding Timelines
Official Meta WhatsApp Business API activation, including green-tick verification, depends on Meta's review process and can take up to 5–10 business days. We will keep you updated at each stage.
Physical Items
Where a plan includes a physical welcome kit or hardware add-on, it is dispatched via a registered courier within 5–7 business days of order confirmation, to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary by location.
